1. Legal Basis

According to §312g (2) No.3 of the German Civil Code (BGB),

the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed items unsuitable for return due to health or

hygiene reasons,

once the seal has been broken or damaged.

2. Hygiene-Sealed Products (Non-returnable once opened)

Once the hygiene seal is opened or damaged, the following items become non-returnable:

• Baby bodysuits & onesies

• Underwear & training pants

• Socks & tights

• Bibs & burp cloths

• Leggings & undershirts

• Gift sets containing any of the above items

🧼 These products are worn directly on the skin and cannot legally re-enter circulation after

opening.

3. Return of Other Items (14-day Right of Withdrawal) Products not worn directly on the skin may be withdrawn within 14 days from receipt

(§§312g, 355 BGB).

Conditions:

✔ Unworn & unwashed

✔ Free from scents (e.g. perfume, smoke)

✔ Free from any signs of wear (stretching, stains, make-up, pet hair)

✔ All original tags attached & packaging intact

4. Important Note on Try-ons (No wearing)

For hygiene reasons, baby and children’s clothing may not be worn,

and may only be gently tried on without fully wearing the garment.

Items showing signs of wear are considered used and therefore excluded from the right of

withdrawal.

5. Hair Accessories, Jewelry & Accessories

• Hair accessories (clips, headbands, scrunchies): returnable only if unused & without wear

marks.

• Combs, brushes, or grooming items contacting scalp/hair: non-returnable if used.

• Jewelry, brooches & small accessories: returnable only unopened, unworn, complete & in

original packaging.

6. Personalisation, Services & Gift Wrapping

The following items are non-returnable:

• Personalised items (e.g., name embroidery) — §312g (2) No.1 BGB

• Custom-made products & customised gift sets

• Gift wrapping & greeting card services (service fees are non-refundable)

7. Return Procedure & Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (as required by law).

• Items must be securely packaged; refunds may be reduced for diminished value if

8. Inspection of Returns

All returns are inspected.

Items that are used, worn, washed or damaged will not be refunded.

Partially used items may be refunded with a value reduction.

9. Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or colour, please return the item under the withdrawal policy and

place a new order.
