Shipping costs depend on your country and selected delivery method.

For online orders, delivery is free on purchases over €120.

How do I return an order placed on koslux.com?

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have 14 calendar days to return your order.

This return period begins on the first business day after delivery

(or after delivery of the final package, in the case of split shipments).

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Clean and intact
  • Returned in their original packaging, including all accessories such as gift packaging, pouches, tags, and security seals

Each order includes a return form and prepaid return label, along with clear instructions on how to proceed.

What happens after I return my item?

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.

Items that are incomplete, damaged, used, or not returned in their original condition will not be accepted. In such cases, KOSLUX reserves the right to return the item to you at your expense or retain it.

Once the return conditions are met, your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date you exercised your right of return.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • All accepted returns are refunded only
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted in store
  • If the recipient of the order is not the payer, refunds will always be issued to the original payment method

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping is free of charge when using the prepaid return label provided, from the original shipping country.

If you choose to return items from a different country, return shipping costs and courier selection will be your responsibility.
