The Beginning of KOSLUX Babywear

My son Felix came into the world much earlier than expected. He weighed only 2.37kg —so small, so light, even the tiniest newborn clothes at the hospital hung loose on him. Maybe it was this hurried arrival into the world, but soon his delicate skin was covered in newborn rashes.
 
I carried a quiet guilt in my chest— wondering if I should’ve done more to have held him just a little longer inside me. Since I could no longer protect him there, I longed to wrap him in something soft, something close, something protective.

I didn’t know, until I became a mother, that a newborn’s skin is only one-third the thickness of an adult’s.So sensitive. So smooth. So easily irritated. The clothes they wear are their first contact with the world, and only materials that are safe, soothing, and purely natural can truly protect and support their growth.

I wanted to make something for Felix – “Like being held in mama’s arms.”

Drawing from years of industry experience, l searched carefully and selected the world's fnest Supima cotton, collaborated with most professional infant textile factories to customize undyed, natural fabrics. Each piece is sewn by a team with over 20 years of experience in babywear craftsmanship, utilizing 4-needle, 6-thread techniques to minimize friction and enhance comfort.

Every step in the making of KOSLUX's children's clothing, l was there-personally involved, personally designing. Even the smallest detail-ike the tiny tree tag stitchedonto each garment-was inspired by a tree Felix often stopped at during our walks inthe Black Forest. He would pause, quietly, as if he knew that tree had something to say.

I hope that tree can stay by his side-gently, steadfastly as he grows, and as everychild grows.

Now Felix is three. He's a little explorer, always on the move. His wardrobe hasgrown, but every evening he still looks at me and says: “Mama, l want my KOSLUXpajama."

Those words so certain and sincere-is my greatest reward.They remind me that what i've created isn't just clothing,It is love-worn close to the heart.
