Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotions, or special campaigns, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

All orders are shipped via DHL with tracking.

Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle customers to compensation, insofar as permitted by law.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and dimensions.
We offer free standard shipping once the following minimum order values are reached:

Germany & European Union: free shipping on orders over €120

Switzerland: free shipping on orders over CHF 120

United Kingdom: free shipping on orders over £150

International destinations: free shipping on orders over €200
For orders below the applicable threshold, shipping costs will be clearly displayed before the order is finalized.
EU Deliveries
Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland – Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped to Switzerland are exported from the European Union.
Swiss deliveries may be subject to:

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient in accordance with Swiss regulations. Customs clearance procedures may result in delivery delays beyond our control.

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are exported from the European Union.

Such charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with applicable UK regulations.
Transfer of Risk
For consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer or a person authorized by the customer to receive them, in accordance with § 446 BGB and applicable EU consumer law.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Delivery Issues
Please notify us of any delivery damage or missing items without undue delay, preferably within 7 days of receipt, by contacting info@koslux.com.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details may be charged to the customer.
